Lambeth CCG rated Outstanding

We're delighted to announce that NHS Lambeth CCG has been rated as Outstanding in NHS England's national CCG annual assessment. This is an improvement from last year's rating of Good. Lambeth is one of only three London CCGs rated as Outstanding. Nationally only 20 out of 207 CCGs were rated Outstanding.

The assessment measures CCGs across the country against indicators in the national CCG improvement and assessment framework (CCG IAF) including quality of leadership, clinical priority areas and finance. In Lambeth, the quality of leadership was rated as Green Star and finance was rated as Green.

Adrian McLachlan Clinical Chair,  NHS Lambeth CCG said "I am personally extremely pleased that we have improved to receive an Outstanding rating in the annual assessment as it reflects the hard work that everyone across Lambeth has put in over the last twelve months. Having said this, we recognise that there's always room for improvement and will be working closely with our partners to make sure Lambeth residents receive the best quality care and support that they can."
