Inspectors want to hear your views on services at Guy’s and St Thomas’
Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspectors are inspecting services at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and are keen to hear the views of patients.
A comprehensive inspection of the trust’s services started this week (7 September) and views and experiences from local people will feed into the inspection.
You can give your views by letter, email, phone or online.
Complete the Share Your Experience form online http://www.cqc.org.uk/share-your-experience-finder, email firstname.lastname@example.org, write to CQC, Citygate, Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4PA, or call 03000 61 61 61.
The inspection team has also been gathering patients’ views out in the community and visited Brixton Market last week to hear what local people think.
A full report of the inspectors’ findings from the inspections will be published by the Care Quality Commission later this year.
The CQC is also due to inspect South London and Maudsley NHS Trust from 21 September and views are also welcomed on its services using the same details as above.
