NHS organisations across the country are supporting the biggest day of collective action for improvement in the history of the NHS. Originally designed in 2013 as a grassroots initiative and driven by a small group of emerging clinicians and improvement leaders, their idea was to create a social movement of NHS staff. Change Day has grown year-on-year since its humble beginnings and is this year is supported by the community interest company, the Academy of Fabulous Stuff. Led by NHS commentator, Roy Lilley and his fabulous team, this year there are 12 established campaigns running for Fab Change Day 2016.

Each campaign has arisen from the grassroots, created by staff, patients, carers, care workers, members of the public. Many started as pledges in previous years. For more information on the campaigns running in 2016 please click here.
