The NHS wants to hear from you
NHS services are provided in many different settings: hospitals, community clinics, GP practices, dentists, opticians and pharmacies. NHS services seek feedback on patient care in a variety of ways including: patient groups, patient surveys or open days to hear from patients, carers and local people. Ask a service manager about the different ways that your views can be heard.
Almost all GP practices in Lambeth have a patient participation group (PPG) that meets regularly to help improve access and services at the practice, and to feed ideas into health service planning.
Attending your local patient participation group means you can work with your NHS doctor and practice manager to deal with health issues that affect you, other local people and your GP surgery.
How can I join my local patient participation group in Lambeth?
GP practices are always looking for patients who would like to get involved. If you are interested in joining a group, ask at your GP practice.
