Who attends the forum

The Collaborative Forum is composed of representatives nominated by each member GP surgery of Lambeth CCG. It is chaired by a member GP practice representative, Dr Sadru Kheraj, who was elected by member practices.

The role of the Collaborative Forum

The core responsibilities of the Collaborative Forum include:

  • Informing and formally agreeing changes to the NHS Lambeth CCG Constitution, subject to approval from NHS England (London).
  • Agreeing the timing and process for the election and selection of Clinical Members to the Governing Body.
  • Taking reasonable steps to support the delivery of the CCG mission and vision to improve health outcomes, reduce inequalities, improve quality and make effective use of resources.
  • Ensuring two-way communication between the Governing Body and the Member Practices.

 The Collaborative Forum meets twice a year.
