Cllr Robert Hill, Carers Advice, Support and Development Worker
Robert was a founder member and chair of the 2 Prentis Road Surgery Patient Participation Group. He also started, developed and was chair of the Lambeth Patient Participation Group Network, with support from Healthwatch Lambeth.
He advocates tirelessly for unpaid carers and the recognition of their value across the system. He is a member of the Primary Care Development Board where he has constantly ensured that the board recognises the contribution of carers, and also of people with learning disabilities.
He helped to develop and remains involved in Healthwatch Lambeth’s innovative Right for Everyone programme of ‘enter & view’ visits to GP surgeries, pharmacies, dentists and optometrists etc.
