Healthwatch Lambeth is hosting a follow-up event promoting Black health and wellbeing in Lambeth
Come along to a second workshop on developing Lambeth's Black Wellbeing Partnership (working title) - a partnership that aims to address inequalities in mental health outcomes for the Black community.

Promoting Black health and wellbeing in Lambeth
Healthwatch Lambeth are hosting a "Promoting Black health and wellbeing in Lambeth" event on Saturday 21 May from 10am to 4pm. The event will take place at the Mosaic Clubhouse, 65 Effra Road, Brixton, London, SW2 1BZ.
The first part of the day will provide you with:
- an update on what has happened since the Black Health and Wellbeing Commission published its list of 40 recommendations in October 2014
- information and the opportunity to have your say on the development of a Black Wellbeing Partnership, which will work collaboratively to ensure the recommendations are implemented.
The second part of the day will be devoted to listening to your views on how services can be designed and delivered in a way that meets the needs of the Black community. The discussions will focus on:
- prevention and early intervention
- access to appropriate services
- patient experience.
