You are invited to take part in an interactive workshop on the future of health and care services in south east London

Join us for an afternoon of conversations about better health and care services in south east London. We want to hear about your experience and your ideas for improving all health and care services – in the community and in hospital – so that all local people have access to the same high standards of care.

Your views will inform the work of Our Healthier South East London, helping commissioners and health and care providers to better organise services around the needs of residents and communities.

There will be three workshops in early December 2014, please join the one that is relevant to your borough or to the community that you consider your own.

Follow the links below to register your attendance so we know how many people to expect. The events are free of charge and teas and coffees will be provided.
