Welcome to the Lambeth CCG practice portal

The content on the practice portal has been written for healthcare professionals. It aims to provide useful information, resources and clinical guidance for primary care and clinical commissioning group (CCG) staff. For this reason there may be some links to information that will only work when you are connected to an NHS N3 secure network.

For more general information about the work of the Lambeth CCG don’t forget to refer to the Lambeth CCG website .
